Deposits & Payments

Deposits start at $25, Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable. They go towards your install and accepted thru Zelle or Cash. Cash only for remaining balance after braid down of install.

Preparation for Appt

Hair must be WASHED + BLOW DRIED. NO PREVIOUS BRAIDS & NO OILY HAIR. Hair extensions should be clean & free of any thread. Unless done by Ashley Desires, no cut up wefts & laces or wigs that's been damaged by client. Please bring a min of 3 bundles or more for any install. ALL LACES & WIGS  should be dropped off 2-3 business days in advance.  $35 extra fee if dropped off day before.

Late Fees & Cancellation

 15 minutes late = $15 late fee. 30 minutes late = cancellation/reschedule. All No Call/No Show = No Future Appointments.

V.I.P. Appointments

SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS are considered V.I.P. Appointments & require an extra $60 Fee.

Hair + Install Package Deals

Need Hair? Book Hair + Install Package Deals. Deposits start at $50 and must be booked several business days in advance (check their descriptions for more details).
